Each camp session, we'll have a specific focus (listed below)

We'll offer morning, afternoon, and evening sessions -- you can do one, some, or all...a la carte style!

**If you sign up for three sessions, your fourth session is HALF OFF!**

Mornings: 8:45 - 11:45am

($255 per person, per session)

​​​

Afternoons: 12:15 - 2:45pm

($215 per person, per session)

​​

Evenings: 6:30 - 9:00pm​

Morning: Back to the Basics

  • Communication / pick n' stick

  • Shot combinations

  • Drive & volley technique

  • BIG 3: serve/return/1st volley

Afternoon: Screens / Overheads 

  • Screen reps & focusing on quality lobs

  • Screen drives: back/side & single back screen

  • How to aim for the NICK & retrieve it

  • Statue of Liberty & drop shot - how to hit and recover

Evening: Back to the Basics (same as the AM)

  • Communication / pick n' stick

  • Shot combinations

  • Drive & volley technique

Friday, August 22

Morning: Blitzing

  • Blitz gone bad

  • The Salty Pickle - blitzing off a "dink" shot during the point

  • See it or don't see it - let the big drive go through down the line

  • On returns

Afternoon: How to Beat a Tennis Player

  • Volleys (build a wall) & drive targets (aim at right hip to tempt the forehand flip)

  • Screen drives (tennis players tend to overhit overheads)

  • Aussie - partner stays back & 2 back

  • Screen combinations - hard + soft​​

Monday, August 25

Morning: Offense / Defense

  • Overheads - zones & high percentage choices

  • Baseline - positioning & high percentage choices (tornado watch vs. warning)

  • Short ball / drop shot recovery

  • Returns

Afternoon: Fun Zone

  • Third-panel slam / The FLJ

  • Drop shot

  • Rollers

  • Off-pace side screen to the first post (assessment post)

Evening: Specialty Clinic

  • Drop shots - hitting from high & low

  • Returns - block lob & block chip...then blitz

  • Overheads - waterfalls / third-panel panel slam

  • Switching in the backcourt to give them another look mid-point​​​

Tuesday, August 26

Morning: Specialty Clinic (varied from Monday evening)

  • Overheads - roller & slash

  • drop shots

  • The S-M formation - pressure position of return team

  • Variations of the two-back formation

Afternoon: Bail does NOT = Fail

  • Off the lob

  • Off a big drive

  • Recover from a drop shot

  • Off an overhit overhead
